Phoebe Duncan is one of Alec's research assistants on "The Irrational." She works hard at everything she sets her mind to, which is why she excelled in academics and sports. And why when she set her mind to landing the plum job as Alec's assistant, she cut to the front of the pack. Phoebe's excellence doesn't translate into social skills though. She has trouble connecting to others sometimes and doesn't make friends easily. But once she's your friend, she's as loyal and dedicated as they come. Phoebe likes to be in control. She values intelligence and hard work. And she truly believes in the work they are all doing at WIFAH.
