Padma Lakshmi

Padma Lakshmi is a model, television personality and author. After kicking off her career as a model, Lakshmi transitioned to acting and hosting, starting with the 2001 Food Network series Padma's Passport. Five years later, she began hosting Bravo's Top Chef, for which she was Emmy nominated in 2009. Lakshmi is also the author of the cookbooks Easy Exotic and Tangy, Tart, Hot & Sweet as well as the memoir Love, Loss, and What We Ate. Lakshmi can next be seen in the television show Top Chef: World All-Stars, which is set to premiere on Bravo in March 2023.
