“My philosophy is always to pull what looks good, regardless of whether it might be too dressy, too casual, or even if it might not fit the occasion at first glance,” she stated.

“When Ariana comes in for the fitting, we always try everything on no matter what. Sometimes, something doesn't pop on the hanger, but it is perfect once you put it on," the stylist revealed. "You won't know unless you try it! Once we decide on the final looks, accessories and shoes, come into play."

“We didn't have a set look for each episode, with the exception of the gold gown and the finale look coming up, which were the strongest options that we knew would be the right one to start and end with,” Men said. “And of course, for a themed episode like the lingerie party, we had something specifically chosen for that, but everything else, I would say is based on how Ariana is feeling going into the episode.”
While curating Madix's wardrobe, the team frequently experiments with various styles to capture the perfect look for each episode. While they have never rejected a choice solely for being "too ambitious," they have encountered moments where an outfit that seemed promising on the hanger failed to shine once worn.
Men’s perspective on the islander's outfits

“I personally love an overall moment when it's done right, but I'm not sure he pulled that one off. Sorry, Rob!” Men said.

While Beckham is her top choice for fashion excellence this season, Men is enthusiastic about sharing her advice with anyone looking to elevate their wardrobe, including future Islanders who will join the villa next season.
“My advice is always to wear what you feel comfortable and confident in,” Men explained. “I always think it's a mistake when people just wear what is popular or trendy without taking into consideration how they feel in a particular look because if you don't feel confident in something, it will show.”
