Blake Shelton Picked Blackberries to Help Gwen Stefani Make This Delicious Treat
It was the sweet escape for the happy couple!
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are surely loving the home life!
On July 1, the "Sweet Escape" singer took to her official Instagram page to share a cozy clip of her making a sweet treat in her kitchen — with her husband's help, of course.
"Baking a blackberry with the wild blackberries Blake picked on the ranch!" Stefani wrote on the video.
The clip showed Stefani preparing to bake the pie in her kitchen while she looked comfy in a loose, multicolored shawl and sleek bun. Her tune "Where Would I Be?" played in the background while she showed us the ingredients and smiled at the camera. A little montage then played of her rolling the dough and forming it in a large bowl. Then for a special surprise, hubby Blake Shelton appears on screen and makes a goofy face.
Stefani then mixed the frosting and added the tasty blueberries that they picked together before she gracefully spun around in her kitchen. Just when things couldn't get any cuter, she held her dog up to the camera!
It was then time to bake the confection, and she showed off the crispy result in a final snapshot. Yummy!

Stefani and Shelton have been making the most out of their life in Oklahoma together, as they also recently went flower picking on their lovely ranch.
In the clip, Stefani followed behind Shelton with a camera on a bright, sunny day. "There he goes. Hardest working guy I've ever met. Making me work too!" she wrote while her new single "True Babe" played.
Then, once indoors, we got to see their hard work pay off, as Stefani showed off her gorgeous floral arrangements of cosmos, sunflowers, and zinnias.
Stefani opened up about Shelton an earnest speech during Shelton's Hollywood Walk of Fame induction this May.
"Blake, you are a rare human being, and for all the success that you have had in your life as a singer, a songwriter, a musician, a performer, an entertainer, an actor, a comedian, an entrepreneur, he's the same guy today as he was back then. A country guy with a lot of love for country music. He's magnetic, the most generous person you'll ever know, and always just him no matter where he goes. Making people laugh, making people happy, making jokes. The reason Blake Shelton is here today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is because you are part of the country dream, the Hollywood dream, and you are part of the American dream. And everybody knows you are my dream come true. I love you," she gushed.
