'I'm A Romantic': The Miz And Maryse Take On 'The Newlywed Game' Ahead Of 'Miz & Mrs' Season 3

USA Network’s favorite power couple, Mike and Maryse Mizanin, will soon return for “Miz & Mrs” Season 3 with more WWE competition, family antics, and plenty of laughs. However, before the madness really cranks into high gear with the two-episode season premiere on June 6, the titular Miz and Mrs (aka The Miz and Maryse) sat down to show off their relationship prowess with a Miz-ified version of “The Newlywed Game.” 

That means a whole lot of good-natured ribbing between the pair, who’ve been married since 2014 and have two daughters, Monroe and Madison, both of whom will be featured in Season 3. In the below video, though, the focus is all on Mike and Maryse’s relationship, which is still going strong after all these years. From determining who’s the best cook (Maryse) to who has the best style (also Maryse, obviously), these two know each other like nobody else. 

The best part, though (like always), is when The Miz really comes out to play as Mike lists the many, many pet peeves Maryse is happy to share. Her one answer is that Mike “eats like [he’s] doing construction.”

“First off, I don’t ‘eat like I’m doing construction,’” Mike says with a scoff.

“I eat like a regular human being … If you have a knife and a fork, and you cut it, you’re going to hear the plate,” he continues as they both try to talk over each other. “There’s no person in this world who can be silent when they’re cutting a fork and a knife onto a plate. You just can’t do it.”

Mike’s listed out several other pet peeves he’s noticed his wife has suffered over the years: when he flicks his nails, how he eats, how he sleeps, and more. 

Of course, it’s all in good fun. Even when bickering, the Mizanins are laughing and fondly rolling their eyes. Audiences will get to see more of The Miz and Maryse when they return for “Miz & Mrs” Season 3 on USA Network, premiering on June 6.
