Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Had a Beer-Tasting 4th of July Pool Party, Barmageddon-Style

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton celebrated the 4th of July this year in a prime American style: by going beer-tasting — poolside. 

Videos posted to Stefani's official Instagram page show the two having a blast while going on a beer-tasting adventure together. In the clips, Stefani shows off a beer can with Shelton's USA Network series Barmageddon on the label before revealing patriotic party decorations. Shelton's country-fied tune fittingly titled "The More I Drink" plays over the clips while we catch a glimpse of Stefani chilling in a pool with a sunhat on. 

"A little bit of beer-tasting. I don't even like beer. But we're doing it! I give this a 9!" she says to the camera before she begins to sip away at more selections.

"Freshly-mowed grass..." she remarks to Shelton about one of the drinks.

"It tastes like if you mowed grass and put it in beer," Shelton responds.

"You drank that entire thing? This is a tasting." Stefani teases Shelton.

"It was that much? That's how much it takes to taste!" Shelton quips.

"cheers 🇺🇸🍻 !! gx" Stefani captioned the post in celebration. 

This fun post comes shortly after Stefani and the Oklahoma native celebrated their second wedding anniversary. To honor the wonderful occasion, Stefani posted a gorgeous montage of some of their most beautiful memories together, while Shelton paid tribute to his wife by sharing a lovely snapshot from their wedding day.

"happy anniversary @blakeshelton i love u 🥰!!!" Stefani wrote in her caption. 

"Happy anniversary @gwenstefani!!!! Every day has been the best day since I met you," Shelton wrote on his heartwarming post. 

While the couple enjoyed a little relaxing getaway on Independence Day, their professional lives have also been super eventful. Stefani was recently one of the celebs selected to receive her very own star on the Iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, a reward that was also given to Shelton this May. Stefani accompanied her husband during his induction ceremony and gave the most touching speech about his career and glowing personality.
