WWE WrestleMania 41 Match Card Announcements & All the Superstars Who Will Compete
It’s time for WWE’s biggest event of the year, WrestleMania 2025!

All together now: It’s WrestleMania season!
WrestleMania 41 is quickly approaching, which means there are just days and weeks — not months — remaining until all your favorite WWE Superstars make their way to Las Vegas for the two-night mega-event on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, 2025.
As always, WWE saves the biggest matches for the Grandest Stage of Them All, and the official WrestleMania match lineup already looks positively wild.
Here’s every match announced so far for WrestleMania 41!
This article will be updated as more matches are announced.
Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena - Undisputed WWE Championship
In what immediately went down as one of all-time most shocking moments in professional wrestling history, time stood still at Elimination Chamber 2025 when John Cena sold his soul to The Rock and proceeded to pummel Cody Rhodes into a bloody mess — all this happening just hours after Cena won the men’s Elimination Chamber match to set up a WrestleMania showdown against Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship!
Fans are still in shock. Their scheduled championship bout went from two of the most beloved Superstars in history competing in a competitive — but respectful — match for Rhodes’ title to a grudge match of the highest order.
Poor Cody Rhodes never saw it coming. (But to be fair, neither did the WWE Universe.)
At WrestleMania 41, the reigning champion who has held WWE’s top title since last year’s WrestleMania, will face a version of John Cena nobody has ever seen. Forget about “Hustle, Loyalty, Respect” — Cena has thrown that mantra out the window and he’s clearly out for blood. Cena cannot become the record-breaking 17-time WWE Champion without defeating Cody Rhodes first.
If his newfound alliance with The Rock indicates anything, it’s that Rhodes’ impressive run with the title will almost surely come to an end in Sin City.
Overcoming such odds is an impossibility that not even John Cena, in his prime, ever attempted. In a way, Cody Rhodes has two opponents at WrestleMania — Cena and the man pulling the strings in more ways fans had ever imagined: The Rock.
Talk about a once-in-a-lifetime main event. We can’t wait to see what happens!
Gunther vs. Jey Uso - World Heavyweight Championship
Jey Uso shocked the world in his own right by defeating 29 other Superstars and winning the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble match, setting up a date with destiny in the form of a World Heavyweight Title match in Las Vegas.
Of course, longtime fans know that Uso may need more than just the undying power of YEET to dethrone Gunther. It’s a story everybody knows by now: Gunther wins a championship, and it takes an act of God to get it out of his hands. (Just ask Sami Zayn, who somehow managed to end Gunther’s years-long Intercontinental Championship reign at last year’s WrestleMania!)
But there’s something different about the version of Jey Uso — it really feels like he’s put his tag-team specialist past behind him and leveled up into the best iteration of himself. There’s no denying that at this moment, he IS “Main Event” Jey Uso. But is that evolution enough to take down the larger-than-life champion? Staying true to himself, Gunther is as confident as ever going into this title clash:
Although Uso has been riding the hot streak of his life in recent months, fans have to ask themselves one thing: Does it seem likely that somebody like Gunther would lose his championship in back-to-back WrestleManias?
The WWE Universe gets its answer in Las Vegas.
IYO SKY vs. Bianca Belair - Women’s World Championship
The unpredictability in WWE has been on full display lately, hasn’t it? After winning the women’s Elimination Chamber match on March 1, Bianca Belair punched a one-way ticket to WrestleMania as the top challenger to Rhea Ripley and the Women’s World Championship. Fans were thrilled at the prospect of the two Superstars battling it out in Sin City.
But then the unthinkable happened the next night on Raw.
IYO SKY defeated Rhea Ripley to become the new Women’s World Champion!
And before Ripley knew what hit her, she had lost her title — and her path to WrestleMania. Now, it’ll be IYO SKY and Bianca Belair putting it all on the line in Las Vegas in a match that will be an absolute technical wrestling showcase.
Not so fast, actually.
In a stunning turn of events, Rhea Ripley has been added to the title match in Las Vegas, effectively turning the bout into a Triple Threat match! After failing to regain the title she lost, Ripley has been an absolute menace on Monday Night Raw. She can't help herself; she had vowed to destroy everything in her path until she was inserted into the title match at WrestleMania, even if that meant flattening IYO SKY and Belair every opportunity she got.
It's rare to hear General Manager Adam Pearce say, "I was wrong," but it happened, and now all eyes will be on the three uber-athletic Superstars as they prepare for their three-way dance under the bright lights of Las Vegas!
Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley - WWE Women’s Championship
It's a simple formula: Win the Royal Rumble, then go on to win the championship at WrestleMania.
For Charlotte Flair, step one is complete, and a WrestleMania showdown is the only thing on her mind. For the defending champion Tiffany Stratton, this date with destiny will be the difference between solidifying herself as a premiere WWE champion and being just another victim of Flair's unrelenting pursuit of pure dominance.
Just weeks ahead of their matchup, the two went head-to-head in a war of words on SmackDown:
Stratton has dominated NXT and the SmackDown locker room since she joined WWE, and although she's one of the youngest women on the roster, she's accomplished more than even she thought was possible. Of course, none of that matters to Flair, who sees Stratton as nothing more than a minor inconvenience on her way to another title reign. Is Stratton out of her league? Will the wily veteran win again on the Grandest Stage of Them All? The WWE Universe finds out at WrestleMania!
Roman Reigns vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
Over the past few months, storylines have converged in the most chaotic fashion possible. Roman Reigns, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins find themselves in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania! With no titles on the line, this match is all about respect.
Or lack thereof, if we're being honest.
These three Superstars hate each other. CM Punk considers Rollins a child. Rollins doesn't trust Reigns. Reigns believes he's bigger and more important than both of them put together. This match will be explosive, dramatic, and unpredictable; any outcome is on the table. Each man would love nothing more than to stand victorious over the others' fallen bodies with their hand raised at WrestleMania.
Of course, whenever there's a match of this magnitude with no championship on the line, the WWE Universe has to imagine that the winner will be officially or unofficially the number one contender to the Undisputed WWE Championship... right?
Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens
At WrestleMania, Kevin Owens will discover the consequences of putting Randy Orton out of action with a devastating piledriver back in November. Orton has been patiently waiting on the sidelines for months, and now that he's been given a clean bill of health, Owens will have hell to pay!
However, revenge may not be as easy to exact as Orton thinks.
Kevin Owens has gone off the deep end. The Unsanctioned Match against Sami Zayn at Elimination Chamber ended with the match being stopped because KO was too violent. There's no denying he's living in a fantasy world where everything he does is justified, no matter who he hurts. Who's to say he won't exhibit those same vicious qualities against Orton at WrestleMania?
While Randy Orton is arguably the most legendary wrestler in the locker room today, sometimes all the accolades and fan support in the world won't amount to anything when you look across the ring at a psychopath.
AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul
A seemingly innocuous Royal Rumble elimination of AJ Styles by Logan Paul in February has led to an increasingly hostile rivalry between two of the best in-ring performers in WWE today!
The Maverick has run his mouth for the entirety of his WWE career thus far, but the disrespect he's shown to Styles in recent weeks has gone too far. The Phenomenal One is a former WWE Champion — an accolade that Paul can only dream about at this point. At WrestleMania, the present will collide with the future in a matchup where anything can happen.
Styles is no stranger to showcasing his skills at WrestleMania; he's only done it for the past decade. On the other hand, Paul could use a signature WrestleMania victory to cement his status as the kind of once-in-generation Superstar not seen since Kurt Angle. And as WrestleMania 41 gets closer with each passing Raw and SmackDown, the verbal barbs between the two men are getting more and more vicious, ultimately leading to a far more intense WrestleMania matchup than any fan originally planned for!
LA Knight vs. Jacob Fatu - United States Championship
The United States Championship will be on the line in Las Vegas when LA Knight defends his title against arguably the most physically imposing man in the locker room, Jacob Fatu.
The result of this matchup is a true tossup for the WWE Universe. Knight has been on fire since regaining the U.S. Championship from Shinsuke Nakamura. At the same time, Jacob Fatu is, well, Jacob Fatu, a human wrecking ball who most recently destroyed Braun Strowman in a SmackDown main-event Last Man Standing match. Fatu will be looking for his first-ever championship in WWE, while his opponent will be looking to add another successful title defense to his reign.
Who knows who will walk out of Sin City as champion?
If Jacob Fatu is truly the future of The Bloodline, he'll need something like the U.S. title to legitimize his efforts. At the same time, if LA Knight wishes to be considered one of the greatest singles champions in professional wrestling, he desperately needs a victory over Fatu on the Grandest Stage of Them All!
Jade Cargill vs. Naomi
No titles, no stipulations, and no mercy: Jade Cargill is looking for revenge after Naomi's heinous sneak attack put the newcomer on the shelf for months!
After Cargill made her surprise return at Survivor Series by attacking her former ally so badly that Naomi was unceremoniously eliminated from the women's Elimination Chamber match, an eventual WrestleMania grudge match was all but set in stone. Ever since Jade Cargill signed with WWE in the fall of 2023, expectations have been sky-high for the intimidating and charismatic Superstar, and a decisive victory over Naomi could be exactly what Cargill needs to elevate herself above the tag team division and toward singles glory.
However, no veteran in the women's locker room is more wily than Naomi. If Cargill expects to just walk into Las Vegas and get an easy win at WrestleMania, she may quickly discover that something like that is easier said than done. The entire WWE Universe will be watching this high-profile match to see which Superstar can step up and which Superstar will crumble under the bright lights of WrestleMania!
Bron Breakker vs. Penta vs. Finn Bálor vs. Dominik Mysterio - Intercontinental Championship
What's better than four Superstars competing for one of Monday Night Raw's most coveted championships? How about four Superstars competing for it?
Over the past few months, Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker, Penta, Finn Bálor, and Dominik Mysterio's paths have crossed — a lot. And sometimes, a champion's path to defending their title at WrestleMania isn't as easy as agreeing to get into the ring with a number-one contender; sometimes, they have to deal with multiple Superstars who all lay claim to the championship! At WrestleMania, the Intercontinental Title will be up for grabs in a match where Breakker won't even have to be involved in the finish to lose the title. In other words, whoever gets the first pinfall or submission will walk out of Las Vegas as the new Intercontinental Champion!
A four-way match is about as hectic and chaotic as it gets, and this bout could easily steal the show and turn into an all-time classic.
Rey Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
Las Vegas will be treated to a luchador wrestling clinic when Rey Mysterio takes on El Grande Americano (who is definitely not Raw Superstar Chad Gable in a Mexican wrestling mask).
Regardless of his true identity, Americano has a monumental task at hand: attempting to secure a victory over one of the most legendary wrestlers ever at WrestleMania! On the flip side, Rey Mysterio has yet another opportunity to showcase his skills when all eyes are on him. It doesn't get any bigger than WrestleMania, and it doesn't get any more entertaining for the WWE Universe than watching the Greatest Mask of All Time show off his skills when it matters most!
