The tea is hot this season on Love Island USA, and Nikki Garcia and Brie Garcia are spilling it all.

How to Watch

Watch Barmageddon on USA Network and Peacock.

The WWE Hall of Famers recently launched Spill the Tea with Nikki and Brie, a weekly offshoot of their long-running podcast, The Nikki & Brie Show. The sisters announced in a June 15, 2024, post on Instagram that they're taking their Love Island USA fandom to the next level. The news also featured a video starring Love Island UK Season 5 finalist and current Love Island Games’ Social Ambassador, Maura Higgins, discussing the American series’ first-ever after-show, Love Island USA: Aftersun, now available exclusively on Peacock.

Only two episodes into Nikki and Brie’s Spill the Tea, the Irish TV presenter was their first guest on the debut episode on Monday, June 17, 2024.

“Maura is in Fiji with an eye on everything that’s happening in the Villa, some incredible insight into what we’re all seeing on the show, and an unrivaled understanding [of] what’s going on with the Islanders,” according to the episode’s description. “Maura catches up with Nikki & Brie about some surprising moments during one of the challenges, what couples look strong early on, and who might be prime for a shakeup when the next Bombshells arrive!”

The Love Island USA Season 6 Podcast: Spill the Tea

Split of Brie Garcia with Nikki Garcia and Ariana Madix

New episodes of Spill the Tea drop every Monday, per the Garcia sisters’ announcement, which also reported that the Barmageddon host and her cohost sister would be making an appearance on Aftersun.

Coverage of Love Island USA is slated to continue throughout Season 6.

According to the first Spill the Tea episode — the 179th of their regular podcast — Nikki and Brie’s show will feature exclusive interviews, behind-the-scenes details, and more.

“Experts in the world of unscripted television, Nikki and Brie bring their passion for all things Love Island to the pod with an intensity that can’t be matched,” captioned the debut episode.

A sophomore Spill the Tea episode followed on Monday, June 24, 2024, with Love Island USA Season 5 finalists Bergie and Taylor as guests to offer their “special perspective into everything that has happened so far this season.” On the podcast, the four of them touched on steamy connections and unexpected betrayals.

“Plus, they answer messages left on the voicemail line at (833) Garcia-2, including one from the mother of a recently eliminated contestant,” the Episode 2 description teases.

Regular episodes of The Nikki & Brie Show are published on Mondays and Wednesdays, where fans can “laugh, cry, feel inspired, and most importantly, walk away feeling happy, seen, and motivated” to be themselves as the sisters discuss life behind the cameras.

“It’s like having happy hour with your best friends,” according to the podcast bio.

Everything to know about Love Island USA: Aftersun

Love Island USA Season 6 Cast

News of Spill the Tea comes not long after Higgins was tapped to host Love Island USA: Aftersun, a first for the American version of the series.

“For the first time ever, I’m bringing Aftersun to the U.S.A.,” Higgins told cameras. “Each week, Love Island experts will join me to unpack the villa’s juiciest dramas. Plus, I’ll be getting exclusive world-first interviews with any freshly dumped Islanders.”

Higgins said they’d be “breaking news and healing breaking hearts” in the new after-show, which is already established as a spin-off in the original UK series.

“I’ve been an Islander, I know how they think,” Higgins reassured audiences. “Assuming they do think.”

Aftersun is the latest shakeup to the series since Ariana Madix of Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules was announced as Love Island USA’s Season 6 host, filling in for the previous host, Sarah Hyland.
