At long last, the conclusion of the summer’s biggest reality TV hit is coming to an end, which means loose ends need to be wrapped up and the stage needs to be set for the ultimate winners to be crowned. Will Leah and Rob actually recouple? Will Kaylor and Aaron be able to survive the family meeting? Will host Ariana Madix be able to top her premiere golden gown? All these questions and more will be answered in the final episodes of Love Island USA Season 6.

What to expect in the final episodes of Love Island USA Season 6

As any Love Island fan knows, it’s best to simply expect the unexpected. However, Madix appeared on a recent episode of Aftersun where she hinted that a “blood bath” is coming to the villa, as a slew of eliminations need to happen before the Season 6 finalists emerge. 

“Well, the villa is very full right now, I’ll just say that,” Madix told Aftersun host Maura Higgins. “People have got to go. There’s only so many beds.”

That’ll be particularly tough for the Islanders this season. In a separate interview with The Washington Post, Madix noted that Season 6 is unique in that they’ve developed particularly close friendships, something that departed Islander Liv recently opened up about in an interview with USA Insider. 

“That [closeness] makes the stakes high when you’re watching dramatic moments, or if a recoupling is happening, and you’re not sure who’s going home, it really matters to everyone there,” Madix told the outlet. “I think that feeling translates to the audience feeling like all of these things really matter when you’re watching them.”

Yes, the football player will be making a brief appearance on Love Island USA. One of the final episodes sees some of the remaining Islanders get a call from their loved ones. For Kordell, that means a call from his big brother, NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. 

OBJ will video call in for a chat with Kordell and the girl he’s coupled up with, Serena Page. Kordell’s sibling has been a sticking point in his relationships both in and outside the villa as he constantly has to worry whether the women who are interested in him are actually there for him, or the access he gives them to his famous older brother.
