As USA Network gears up for the premiere of its highly anticipated competition reality series The Anonymous, viewers are curious about who will appear on this social competition show that requires covert strategy and a keen ability to straddle two worlds: face-to-face and online.

One contestant in particular is no stranger to having to strategize to stay in the game. Nina Twine, a former Survivor competitor and family legacy player, could find herself as the front runner in a game that requires hiding behind a mask of anonymity. Nina Twine's Time on Survivor (and Her Family Connection)
Alanna “Nina" Twine is a former Survivor competitor herself, but she is also the daughter of Sandra Diaz-Twine, the legendary two-time winner of Survivor and a competitor on The Traitors. Diaz-Twine won Survivor: Pearl Islands and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. She's also competed in four other Survivor seasons.
With reality TV practically in her DNA, Nina is set to make waves on The Anonymous.
Nina first entered the reality TV spotlight in 2014, on Survivor: Blood vs. Water. As a new player, she quickly demonstrated strategic acumen and a competitive spirit, traits that no doubt run in the family. Her time on Survivor was marked by her ability to form strong alliances and navigate the complexities of social gameplay, despite facing the additional challenge of competing alongside her mother. Her journey was cut short due to a medical evacuation following an ankle injury.

According to Gold Derby, Nina Twine bounced back from her injury and was able to step outside of her mom’s shadow on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. But, after making it to the Top 5 of the show she was voted out after 43 days in the competition. In an interview in March 2023, Nina revealed what she was looking for in the remaining players: "What I want to see is a player that knows what they did and why they did that. Someone who is confident in their game, someone who is going to own every part of their game, whether I agree with them or not.”
That may be the route she goes with this new game on The Anonymous.
What does Nina Twine Do for a Living?
Twine is a graduate of East Carolina University. She works as an account payable specialist for an orthopedic doctor network, and works in retail according to her LinkedIn. She has a lot of valuable skills from her professional and competitive television experience that she can use to play to win.
When does The Anonymous premiere?
The Anonymous kicks off with a three-episode premiere on Monday, August 19 at 11 p.m. ET/PT on USA Network. Episodes will also air simultaneously across Bravo and SYFY on premiere night and repeat in primetime daily on USA throughout the week.
