Here’s the Official Match Card for WWE’s Money in the Bank 2024
Mark your calendars for July 6 because WWE's Money in the Bank is shaping up to be a can't-miss event.
The WWE Universe is a week away from Money in the Bank 2024, where one thing will be guaranteed: one male and one female WWE Superstar will stake their claim as the Money in the Bank contract winner and lock down their respective dates with destiny!
We know how to watch Money in the Bank 2024 and what to expect — today, we’re diving into the five must-see matches that will have fans on the edge of their seats for the entire evening. Here’s the official match listing for the big event!
World Heavyweight Championship Match: Damian Priest vs. Seth Rollins
After a shocking loss to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, Seth Rollins took a hiatus from WWE to heal nagging injuries. It seems those lingering health issues have since cleared up because The Visionary made his return to Monday Night Raw by issuing a direct challenge to the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, Damian Priest!

Priest — still on the run of his career ever since cashing in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre after McIntyre defeated Rollins for the title — has been dominating the roster on Monday nights with no clear contender to his championship in sight. Enter Seth Rollins. The title clash on July 6 will also have an interesting stipulation: if Rollins fails to capture the title, he can never challenge for Priest’s World Heavyweight Championship ever again. However, if Rollins wins, Priest must leave The Judgment Day forever. It’s a high-stakes championship matchup with significant ramifications for the Raw locker room, and we can’t wait to see who leaves Toronto victorious!
Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens vs. The Bloodline
The Bloodline’s been… different ever since Cody Rhodes finished the story at WrestleMania and defeated Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Reigns hasn’t been seen since that embarrassing loss, while Solo Sikoa has assumed the role of Tribal Chief in the former champion’s absence. However, Sikoa has been busy building The Bloodline back up in a significant way.
In recent weeks and months, more Bloodline family members have made their stunning WWE debuts — Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu have emerged as the most dangerous version of the group that’s ever been assembled. It’s no slight against the Usos and Roman Reigns, but this new Bloodline is far more dangerous than the previous. Recently, the group put Cody Rhodes back in their crosshairs, setting up this enticing Money in the Bank six-man tag match.
Fortunately, The American Nightmare has backup. Randy Orton and Kevin Owens will team up with the champion in a match that won’t be for the faint of heart. This new Bloodline is coming for blood, and the WWE Universe may have to prepare themselves for Cody Rhodes not looking like the real-life superhero he’s been since WrestleMania!
Intercontinental Championship Match: Sami Zayn vs. Bronn Breaker
Since he was moved to Monday Night Raw during the 2024 WWE Draft, Bron Breakker has doubled down on the unadulterated physicality he displayed as NXT Champion for so many years. Breakker has already been pegged as the “next big thing,” and now he has his first main roster championship set in his sights: Sami Zayn’s illustrious Intercontinental Championship.
While conventional wisdom suggests Zayn will be another victim of Breakker’s dominant Monday night success in recent months, it may not be easy for the brash rookie. Zayn has been on the winning streak of a lifetime since dethroning Gunther for the title at WrestleMania. He has been riding a swell of crowd support not since his memorable days fighting valiantly against Roman Reigns and The Bloodline.
We’ll be honest: we don’t know what to expect from this match — anything’s on the table!
Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Jey Uso, Andrade, Chad Gable, Carmelo Hayes, and two other yet-to-be-determined Superstars will participate in this chaotic six-man ladder match. We’ve called Money in the Bank ladder matches “mayhem” in the past, and in 2024, the WWE Universe should be expecting nothing less than pure chaos.
Expect more than a few wrestlers to be pushed off ladders, fly through tables, and put their bodies through the wringer. Ultimately, one Superstar will outlast the others, climb the ladder, retrieve the briefcase, and assume ownership of the Money in the Bank contract which guarantees them a title shot at any time they choose. All six competitors surely regard this opportunity as the quickest way to becoming a WWE champion, so it’s safe to say that we’ll see some jaw-dropping, dramatic moments throughout the match.
This won’t be a technical masterpiece — it’ll be more like a car crash.
Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match
If there’s any match that could steal the show, it’s the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Women’s matches like these are still relatively new in WWE (Money in the Bank matches have historically been a male-only affair, unfortunately), but that hasn’t stopped the women’s locker room to, well, ball out whenever they find themselves in one of these matches!
Former Women’s World Champion IYO SKY, Chelsea Green, and Lyra Valkyria have all qualified for the match thus far, meaning there are still three spots open. It’s clear that the field will be a mix of former champions and up-and-coming WWE Superstars looking to take the next step toward immortality — and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
Like the men’s Money in the Bank match, fans can expect a car-crash feel that is impossible to look away from. These matches represent the highest stakes possible in WWE — being in possession of the Money in the Bank all but guarantees becoming a champion (unless things go horribly, horribly wrong, of course).
