Liv Morgan Explains Her Viral New York Knicks Clip That Has The Internet In Stitches
Even Liv is surprised by how viral the clip became!
When Liv Morgan isn't dominating the WWE women's division or planting the seeds for an eventual run in Hollywood, she's going viral — by literally doing nothing.
The internet blew up earlier in the week when footage of Liv Morgan sitting courtside at a New York Knicks game started making the rounds. She was in New York City to promote an upcoming WWE Road to WrestleMania event at Madison Square Garden and was treated to the best seats in the house. Unfortunately, while we're sure Liv enjoyed seeing some tremendous regular-season NBA action up close, it seems she didn't enjoy the conversation the man next to her was attempting to have with her! Sure enough, cameras caught the moment, and it's just as funny as you would imagine:
The clip quickly went viral, and Liv Morgan was turned into an instant meme in the best way. Not only was the original clip seen millions of times, but fans worldwide added their captions to the clip. Everything was fair game, from "She's just not into you" to "When a tech bro tries to explain Bitcoin to you." The internet came through for the WWE Universe this week!

During an appearance on this week's episode of "The Bump," Liv described to Kayla Braxton how it felt to go viral for not crashing through a table or being unceremoniously killed by Chucky, but for doing nothing at all.
"It is so weird to me, like what goes viral and what doesn't," Liv explained. "First of all, we had no idea that we were even being filmed. We had no idea that camera was on us, which doesn't excuse anything."
The particularly chatty man in question has been identified as WWE employee Justin Scalise, who Liv described as "incredible." It's increasingly rare for celebrities on the level of WWE Superstars to attend public events solo — they'd be mobbed by fans constantly — so WWE makes sure someone accompanies them, whether they're a male or female Superstar. However, we wonder if they're all as chatty as Justin!
Liv went on to talk about the bizarre nature of the moment before hilariously declaring it was her "right" to ignore him — in honor of Women's History Month, of course.
"He's been such a great sport about it, but yeah, I don't know," she revealed. "It is the most bizarre and weirdest thing. It was so weird, but let's say I was ignoring him. It is women's history month and we have every single right."
(Hey, if you ask us, there's no better way to celebrate Women's History Month than to shut down a guy trying to mansplain something to you.)
As of today, Liv Morgan is currently without a match at WrestleMania. But, fear not, WWE Universe: Liv has always taken full advantage of the opportunities presented to her, so we're sure her path to Los Angeles will become more apparent in the coming weeks. Until then, we're looking forward to Liv attending more NBA games soon — and maybe with a different person accompanying her!
